Description

In this course, participants will gain an understanding of which questions to ask when developing a strategic plan. Participants will learn the steps in the continuous improvement cycle while discussing real world examples of waste in nonprofits. This course also includes numerous best practices which can be readily implemented. 

Learning Objectives: 

1.  Identify three key attributes of a successful non-profit. 
2.  List four key questions to ask when implementing a strategic planning process. 
3.  Identify examples of waste in a non-profit. 
4.  Identify the steps in the continuous improvement process. 

As a CAE Registered Provider educational program related to the CAE exam content outline, this program may be applied for 1 credit toward your CAE application or renewal professional development requirements. 

Note: Applicants may use any program that meets eligibility requirements in the specific timeframe towards the exam application or renewal. There are no specific individual courses required as part of the applications – the selection of eligible education is up to the applicant based on his/her needs.
