Description

This course will discuss how to create a culture for great leaders to thrive, starting with the definition of leadership and how it differs from management. Participants will discuss key attributes of great leaders and how those attributes can be applied to their organizations. This course will also discuss ideal board size and leadership roles.

2.  Recognizing key attributes of great leaders. 
3. Understand and distinguish between board and staff roles. 
4. Recognizing potential engagement issues with your board.

As a CAE Registered Provider educational program related to the CAE exam content outline, this program may be applied for 1 credit toward your CAE application or renewal professional development requirements.
